Doing business is a win-win situation and as always it involves three parties: you and your business, the people you are working with and third, your prospect customers. If you really want to succeed in this business you must build relationships – HARMONIOUS ONES. Now, what does it take to build harmonious relationships amongst your employees and customers? And what is its significance? Read along!
First, let’s break the significance down to each parties. First, you as the owner of the business. As the famous saying goes: No man is an island. Indeed, it applies to everyone in all situation. You can’t run your business all on your own. Imagine the workload it will cause you. Of course, you need a helping hand to do what is needed to do. Even the initial step you take in running your business, you need experience-based knowledge and from people who have been doing the same thing relevant to the nature of the business you are going to pursue.
Second involving party are the people you are working with. As i mentioned earlier, you can’t fulfill all the necessary tasks on your own. You need specialization and division of labor. As an Internet marketer, you may need to look for someone with the expertise in web developing to establish your website or a writer to help you in filling in the necessary content and information on your website. Although it may fork some of your money but it pays off as workloads becomes lesser and the results are very good. It’s even more fulfilling when you have developed good working relationship with them. The friendship you built does wonders to your work. Your employees will always look forward for every working day with you and there seem to be no aura of pressure for them. This way, you both become effective.
Last but not the least is your relation towards your customer. Keep in mind that they are the reasons why you run the business and they are still the very same reason why it keeps on running. Either way, if you want to kill your business quick? Treat your customers like trash and you’ll find yourself looking for employment in the real world. The key here is good customer service. See to it that you provide them what they demand from your business and always provide it with quality. Give them easy access where they can address their concerns and always be courteous to your customers especially in providing thorough answers to their questions. Never settle for a poor customer support because you can’t afford to lose your customers. In return to your good quality service, you will build a good online presence and a persona where your customers will stick with you.
The secret here is not to approach people and demand things from them. But instead, approach them like you always have something useful to offer them. If you want to stay in business and have happy customers, don’t treat them like trash. It’s that simple! Once you learn this lesson, you’ll find out that building relationships online is easier than you ever imagined.
